Product Description
The diaphragm sheet is manufactured with High Rubber Compound and Reinforced with Nylon Fabric Ply and designed for long service. These sheets are suitable for wide variety of applications. The purpose of providing insertion is to provide additional strength to the material in order to make it more pressure proof. Diaphragm sheets are oil & Heat resistant and suitable for CNG & LPG. A flexible membrane with low permeability to fluids or gases.
Silicone Diaphragm Sheet from TRX offers good resistance to extreme temperatures, being able to operate normally from -70°C to +260°C. Silicone also has excellent weatherproof, water repellent, good chemical resistance to acids and lye, good mechanical properties for make-up.
It is widely used in heat shrink tunnel curtains to minimize the heat loss and as diaphragm in food processing machinery. It has good temperature resistance up to 260C , it has fibreglass insertion and it is very flexible , suitable for high temperature expansion joint , heat shrink tunnel curtain and for diaphragm.
