Product Description
The High Silica Fiberglass Needled Felt is made from high silica fiberglass chopped strands by carding and needling. The silica fibers randomly distribute and wind together during needling process. Silica fiberglass needled felt possesses 3-D structure. It can short-time exposure up to 1300°C.
The thickness is 3-24mm and the density is 90-170kg/m³.
There are two series of this product:the standard and the preshrinking (heat treatment) type.

1.Health safety: no toxic gases emit, no carcinogenic fiber
2.Low thermal conductivity, high electrical insulation properties at elevated temperature3.High heat resistance(up to 1000ºC)
4.Good acoustic insulation at high temperature
5.Good chemical resistance: inert to majority of chemical reagents, resistant to most acids, weak alkali, alkali salt.
6.It can maintain its properties over long period.
