Yellow Fiberglass Cloth Thin Felt Mat for Insulation
Surfacing Tissue Mat are mainly used in the surface layer of FRP products, which has the characteristics of even fiber distribution, smooth surface, soft handfeel, low glue content, fast resin penetration, and good ambidextrous properties. It is divided into two categories: winding type C-SXX30 series and hand-laying type BMT series. Winding type fiberglass surface mat is mainly used in winding FRP pipes and tanks, which can significantly improve the corrosion resistance, leakage prevention, compressive strength and appearance quality of the surface layer of the products and prolong their service life. The hand-laying type FRP surface felt is mainly applicable to hand-laying products, with good volumetric properties, fast resin penetration speed, suitable for molds with complex geometric curves, which can cover the fabric pattern and form a smooth surface, thus improving the strength and corrosion resistance, and it is a necessity to manufacture high-quality molds and FRP products. These two major types of surface felt in addition to the winding and hand-layup process can also be applied to other FRP molding process methods, such as molding, spraying, centrifugal spinning and so on.
