The entire heating system consists mainly of the control system and the heating unit.
Electromagnetic induction heating Features:
1,The control centre unit is integrated in the whole heating equipment, using the program for control, equipped with data communication interface, which can realize data remote transmission and remote control, and can be docked with SCADA system.
2,The system has a comprehensive alarm function, when there is a fault or operation error on site, the equipment can be alarmed, shut down and give the corresponding fault solution.
3,The control system can be connected to an external temperature sensor (supporting infrared thermometer, thermocouple, PT100), which can achieve closed-loop control of heating temperature and heating according to the edited temperature curve.
