Product Description
E-Glass Fiberglass Cloth Combo Mat with Intermediate Fibers
E-Glass Stitch Combo Fabric consists of two or more layers of fiberglass rovings which are stitch-bonded. One layer of rovings consists of parallel aligned roving and different layers of rovings can be oriented differently and have different linear density. The rovings specification, rovings orientation, number of rovings layers, mat width and roll diameter can be tailor-made according to customers' requirements.BX-glass stitched combo mat consists of two or more layers of fiberglass roving which are stitch-bonded. One layer of rovings and different layers of roving can be oriented differently and have different liner density. The roving specification, number of roving layers, mat width and roll diameter can be customized as per requirement.

Longitudinal Triaxial (0°/ +45°/ -45°)
At most three layers of roving can be stitched, however a layer of chopped strands(0g/m2-500g/m2) or composite materials can be added. The maximal width can be 100 inches. This product is used in blades of wind power turbines, boat manufacturing and sports advices.

- Multi-directionality: Our glass fiber multiaxial fabric is woven in different directions, providing superior bending strength, tensile strength, and shear strength. It effortlessly adapts to force situations in various directions, ensuring optimal performance.
- Uniformity: The fibers in multiple directions are intricately woven together, resulting in better fiber distribution and uniformity. This enhances the overall strength, stiffness, and stability of the material, guaranteeing reliable and consistent results.
- Adaptability: Customization is key, and our fiberglass fabric can be tailored to your specific needs. Choose from different fiber directions and weaving patterns to achieve the desired outcome. Its adaptability makes it perfect for fabricating complex shapes and curved structures with ease.
- Processability: Our glass fiber multiaxial fabric boasts excellent processability. It can be easily compounded and processed with resin and adhesive to form glass fiber composite materials. Whether you prefer pressing, injection molding, or other processes, this fabric can adapt to a variety of manufacturing needs.

Fiberglass multiaxial fabrics are widely used in aerospace, automotive, marine, construction and other fields. It is often used as a reinforcing material for the manufacture of composite structural parts, thin-walled structures, complex shaped parts and so on. In the aerospace field, glass fiber multiaxial fabrics can be used in the manufacture of aircraft wings, spacecraft shells, etc.; in the automotive field, it can be used for the reinforcement and lightweighting of automobile bodies, chassis, etc.; in the field of construction, it can be used for the reinforcement of walls and roofs, and for earthquake resistance.

The product is wound on a paper tube of 76 mm inner diameter, diameter is 275 mm , wrapped in plastic film and placed in a cardboard or Kraft paper wrapper. Can be loaded in bulk containers, but also tray packaging.
