Product Description
Fiberglass woven roving fabric is a mesh material made of woven glass fibers with a chevron-like fiber structure. It is usually made of glass fiber as raw material through the weaving process.

Fiberglass check fabric is a two-way reinforced fabric woven from direct untwisted roving. This structure gives the fabric excellent spatial stability when used. Suitable for many resins, such as unsaturated polyester, vinyl and epoxy resins.
Untwisted fabric is a high performance reinforcing material used in a wide range of hand paste and mechanically formed products, such as boats, containers, aircraft and automotive parts, sanitary ware, furniture, sports facilities, anti-corrosion engineering, environmental engineering and equipment, as well as compartment panels and other applications.

1. High strength: Due to the use of glass fiber as raw material, fiberglass chevron fabric has high strength. It provides good tensile, shear and tear resistance, which makes it play an important role in strengthening and reinforcing material applications.
2. Temperature resistance: fiberglass chevron fabric has good resistance to high temperatures. It is able to withstand stress and thermal cycling in high temperature environments and does not soften or melt easily, giving it an advantage in applications that require high temperature resistance.
3. Corrosion resistance: Fiberglass Grid Cloth has good corrosion resistance and can resist corrosion by some chemicals. This makes it widely used in chemical, electronics, marine and other fields.
4. Light weight: Compared with metal materials, fiberglass chevron fabric has a lower density and therefore weighs less. This gives it an advantage in applications where weight reduction is required, such as aerospace, automotive, and other fields.
5. Electrical insulation: Fiberglass chevron has good electrical insulation properties and can effectively isolate electrical currents and fields. As a result, it is often used as an electrical insulating material, such as in electrical equipment and electronic components.

Fiberglass woven roving fabric is widely used in construction, aerospace, automotive, chemical and other fields. It is often used as a reinforcing material, which can increase the strength and stiffness of composite materials; it can also be used as a filtering material, heat-insulating material, and electrical insulating material. In the field of construction, fiberglass chevron is often used for reinforcement and strengthening of walls, roofs, floors, etc.; in the field of aerospace, it is used to manufacture structural parts of aircraft and spacecraft; in the field of automotive, it can be used for body reinforcement and sound insulation and noise reduction.
